Refunds & Returns Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We are dedicated to providing a seamless and transparent refund experience.


Return Window:
Customers may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.


Return Label:
A return shipping label is included inside your package. Please use this label when sending your item back to ensure proper processing.


Used & Unused Items:
We accept returns of both used and unused items within the 30-day return window. Eligible items may receive a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the return conditions outlined below.


Refund Process:

  1. Approval Notification:
    After inspection, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  2. Approved Refunds:
    If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  3. Refund Processing Time:
    Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Ineligible Returns:
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products not purchased from DieselToughbooks.com
  • Missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial number labels
  • Missing original packaging or accessories (including box, manuals, cables, etc.)
  • Removed UPC codes
  • Products with excessive physical damage beyond normal use
  • Items that appear tampered with, heavily customized, or altered
  • Products with customer-made markings or writing on the original box

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may occur)
  • Contact your bank for additional processing time

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for eligible items. Please return the product for inspection and testing. Based on our evaluation, we will provide a suitable replacement or solution.
