I just placed an order, when will I receive a tracking number?
You can expect to receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation within 1-3 business days if the product is available and ready for shipment.
Do you offer in-person delivery?
Yes, we do offer in-person delivery within a 60-mile radius of the Miami Area. Delivery times are from 9am to 6pm PST (Miami Area). Please note that any in-person interaction will require the use of a mask. Rest assured, all parts delivered or repaired will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery.
Should I sign up before placing my order?
Although not required, signing up allows you to become a part of the DieselToughbooks.com community and ensures that all your information is securely stored for easy re-ordering in the future.
What is the process for a return?

Order delivery dates may vary due to USPS delays and the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on postal services and staffing.
Condition of items:
Most of our Diesel Toughbooks are Refurbished but has new parts such as memory, SSD, unless stated things such as interface adapters are always new.
